Meet Gloria – Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Founder of Enjoy Therapy Exercise Physiology
Gloria is a university-qualified Exercise Physiologist, with extensive clinical experience in both private hospital and private practice settings. She blends rehab expertise with practical, real-world movement strategies.
She has a strong background in musculoskeletal and post-orthopaedic rehabilitation, specialising in the treatment of knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, and lower back injuries. Gloria also works extensively with chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease, cancer recovery, stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
✨ Gloria is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live longer—whether it’s managing chronic illness, building muscle strength, or regaining confidence through movement.
She has worked closely with DVA, NDIS, and WorkCover clients, creating tailored, gym-based programs that rebuild strength, mobility, and independence. 💪
🌱 Gloria believes exercise is more than a treatment—it’s a tool for resilience, independence, and self-worth.
A true people person, Gloria brings energy, empathy, and a big smile to every session. When she’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find her on the golf course, paddling with a dragon boat team, or exploring a scenic walking track.
